Several features are missed out in India spec model, but those features are available in global markets.

1. Leatherette Seats

 

The Toyota Hillux Facelift global version come with premium leather seats, while on the other hand the India spec version comes with fabric upholstery.

 

The Indian version seat may not feel as premium as the global version, but they are more comfortable when the weather goes extreme. Neither these seat become to hot in summer nor too cold in winters, which provides comfort. But, they are harder to clean than leatherette seats.

 

 

 

 

2. Powered Front Seats

 

Powered front seat adjustment was offered in the Hilux which was sold earlier in India. Now, the updated model comes with manual seat adjustment.

While Indian Hilux continues with hydraulic power steering. This steering feels a little heavier when driving at a low speed, though it works well for those who take it on off roading.

5. Rear Disc Brakes

 

Rear disk brakes are now featured in many versions of many international versions of Toyota Hilux Facelift.

 

Rear drum brakes are same used in the India spec model. It has been seen disc brakes offer a much better braking performance, drum brakes are all known for its durability and easer maintenance in tough driving conditions.

 

6. Automatic Climate Control

 

Another feature which has been omitted from the Indian version is automatic climate control.
