Strong sales growth has been reported by Bajaj Auto for May 2026, which has been driven by robust export demand and steady performance in the domestic market. A total of 4,61,257 units has been sold by the company during the month, registering a 20 percent increase compared to 3,84,621 units sold in May 2025.

Bajaj Auto Sales Rise is highlighted with its its latest numbers, and it continues to be supported by  growing international demand, especially in the two wheeler ad commercial vehicle segments.

Two Wheeler Sales Remain Strong

The companies remains as the largest contributor in the two wheeler division, accounting for 3,93,204 units in May 2026. This showcases a growth of 18 percent which makes it over 3,32,370 units sold during the same period last year.

Sales for domestic two wheeler stood at 2,09,528 units, up percent from 1,91,412 units in May 2025. In the Indian market, popular motorcycles across Bajaj Auto’s portfolio continued to attract buyers.

At the same time, exports has emerged as a major growth driver. Overseas, the company has shipped 1,83,676 two wheelers, as compared to 1,40,958 units exported a year earlier, 30 percent increase has been recorded.

Export Growth Powers Overall Performance

May 2026, Bajaj Auto’s performance has been the biggest highlights. The total exports, including two wheelers and commercial vehicles, reached 2,13,226 units, marking a strong growth of y34 percent year on year growth.

Bajaj Auto’s expanding presence across the global markets has been reflected by the overseas demand of it. Its popularity has grown in international region too.

Commercial Vehicle Business Posts Impressive Gains

Solid growth during the month has also been delivered by Bajaj Auto’s commercial vehicle division. There is an increase in sales of commercial vehicle, 30 percent to 68,053 units, compared to 52,251 units in May 2025.

Sales for domestic vehicles grew 12 percent to 38,503 units, while by 65 percent to 29,550 units the exports has surged. The company’s overall performance has been strengthened by the export.

Strong Start To FY2026-27

Cumulative sales of 9,75,049 units has been recorded by Bajaj Auto, for April to May 2026. It highlights a 30 percent increase over 7,50,431 units sold during the corresponding period last year.

Bajaj Auto has started its new financial year on positive note, with growing healthy demands domestically, rising in exports, and strong performance across both commercial and two wheelers vehicles. The company could easily be headed for another successful year in both Indian and global market, if they continue to retains this current momentum.
